Coaches in Training

The Coaches in Training program is a Volunteer opportunity for our 13-15 year old Taylor Mill Stingrays swimmers to learn the ropes of coaching swim or dive under the direction of the Head Coach and Assistant Coaches.  This program was developed with the hopes that these Coaches in Training would be future Coaches of our Taylor Mill Stingrays team.

The Coaches in Training will be working with our youngest age group swimmers Monday-Thursday 9:30-10:30. The Coaches in Training should also be present at all home and away swim meets to assist coaches and encourage our young swimmers.
